He believes in taking the time to personally introduce himself to potential customers and stopping by to check on existing customers. Cynthia Simar is the Secretary/Treasurer of Simar Enterprises, Inc. She manages the financial aspect of the business. Cynthia has been employed by Simar Enterprises since 1993. She is a native of Ohio and currently resides in Lexington with her husband, Pete.

Emily Floyd is the Vice President of Simar Enterprises, Inc. She manages the day to day workings of the business by answering and returning calls, delivering messages, checking the email, as well as researching items and quoting customers. Emily has been employed by Simar Enterprises since 2001. She is native of Lexington and currently resides in Buena Vista with her husband and three children.
